Cathay Pacific Airways was founded in Hong Kong on 24 September, 1946 and remains deeply committed to its home base, making substantial investments to develop Hong Kong as one of the world’s leading international aviation hubs. I have been on hold for over an hour. I am trying to upgrade my reservation. Unbelievable bad service.
We need to bring forward our flights from New York to Melbourne Australia for Jan 19 to Jan 9th or thereabouts but can’t get a response via phone. Please email your Reservations contact number in NY as the 1800 number isn’t working. Thanks, Paul Upperton
I have been on hold for more than an hour this morning and now this afternoon. Still can’t can’t’ get through. Email advising us that flight has been cancelled is very vague
There is no way to speak to a Cathay Pacific representative if you use reward miles from a partner airline, and even the partner airline cannot help you to get accommodation if you have a health issue and require special seating. i can get that only if i pay 100USD to join a miles club, but I’m not sure i can reserve a seat in advance even then, since the class of my ticket allows you to reserve only 48 hours before the flight.
I have been trying to reach you since Friday 11/9 each time my wait time has been over 30 minutes. I had disconnect as I have to get back to work. Please provide more staff or an option to have chat online
