Cathay Pacific is an international airline registered and based in Hong Kong, offering scheduled passenger and cargo services to 162 destinations in 42 countries and territories around the world.
Cathay Pacific Airways was founded in Hong Kong on 24 September, 1946 and remains deeply committed to its home base, making substantial investments to develop Hong Kong as one of the world’s leading international aviation hubs. In addition to its fleet of 132 aircraft, these investments include catering and ground-handling companies and the corporate headquarters at Hong Kong International Airport. I have been calling your reservation number 1-800-233-2742 and holding for 30 at which time the call is dropped. I have now spent about 4 and half hours on hold and never getting any one to speak with.
Please help me confirm our seat. What is wrong with your reservations that no one can speak with your personal?
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I would like for someone in your fraud department or you accounting department or the IT department. This is the second request! There was a fraudulent charge placed on my card to your company and I want to get some information so that I can follow up with the police.I have called and was told there is nothing that they can do. REALLY!!! You can’t tell me that you don’t have something in place that can track an online purchase.I will continue to bother you until someone contacts me. Thank you!
It’s one year already but until now we did received a ticket refund from Cathay Pacific airlines. We made a call to them but they don’t have a concrete answer regarding the refund.
