Hi,
I have been trying to reach the reservation center, but as I am calling from Finland and I only seem to reach the que and have to wait a long time with no-one responding I am hoping I can reach you this way. Whoever reads this could you please forward this message to someone who can do something about this in the Auckland Reservations office?
I have been trying to sort out an issue with booking Z6PQNS. There is an one letter mistake in my daughters first name in the ticket. It should be “Tekla” not Teklan as it now on the ticket. I have tried to get this corrected through the travel agent, but they are saying that they cannot do anything about it as at least one Airline in question does not allow the name change. I have been trying to get this sorted out somehow with the airlines in question. The only response from Cathay Pasific so far is that I should contact the reservations office in Auckland. I have tried calling several times, but I have never reached anything but the que and even that is very expensive since I am calling from Finland. I am hoping I could get a similar solution that I received from Finnair from Cathay Pasific as well. Finnair sent me a written confirmation that the one letter difference is no issue and they also put a note of it in their system. Could you possibly do the same?
With Regards
Kimmo Kalske
