When I arrived from my Manila to Sydney flight 5J 39 one piece of two coconut stick brooms did not arrive with my luggage. I reported this to the Cebu Pacific at the airport and took my details saying that they will ring me back. Nothing has been heard from them. My missing luggage ID is C203311997.
We have booked 4 flights with Cebu Pacific for August 2017 as follows:- Aug 06 Bangkok – Manila – Cebu Flight 5J930 and Flight 5J575.
Aug 13 Cebu – Boracay Flight 5J132.

I had my flight last December 4, 2018 and that day was really a big disappointment because of my missing luggage. I immediately talked to one of the Cebu Pacific Crew and I told her that I havenāt get my luggage yet. She double checked it and she told me that thereās no more luggage inside. She askedto to do a report and they will contact me time to time. Guess what, itās already been the 4th day and they told me that they are still coordinating to Cebu Pacific Sydney. I didnāt even realized that the crew who check me in didnāt put the sticker luggage number behind the boarding pass but good thing they able to check it online. I really donāt know what should I do, I feel that Cebu Pacific is not really doing their best to resolve the problem and just keep on telling me that they still need to ācoordinateā to Sydney. This is really frustating.

Tried to cancel flights for my Husband and I from Manila to Boracay then Boracay to Manila a week later. I was kept on the phone for 30 minutes by the first operator who initially kept coming back seemingly unable to cancel the flights then eventually she just left me hanging on the line. Phoned back and spoke to another operator who also took 30 minutes to tell me I wasn’t due for any part refund and said she can’t cancel the flights and told me that by not turning up they would be cancelled. Our tickets could have been booked by someone else. Funny way to do business.

Can someone please escalate the Case Reference 4066977 or 5836420 there both the “same case” and this issue is now 14 months ago.
Due to the sudden death of my son and of course, cancellation of the flight. Documents required was sent back in Feb 2020 and still no outcome? Hope this will resolve as soon as possible.
