    This is suman lata yadav and i reached delhi on 5th june but still i did not receive my 2 luggage which have been released from custom.

    Hi Team,
    We havenā€™t received our baggageā€™s when we landed at around 22:31, 10-Sep-2018 in India (travelled from CZ-359). We have taken up the baggage insurance from an insurance company and they are demanding us two reports (mentioned below) for claiming delayed baggage:
    1. Original property irregularity report issued by the appropriate authority stating the scheduled time of delivery of checked-in baggage.
    2. Acknowledgement receipt or proof of delivery of delayed checked-in baggage from the common carrier/airlines, mentioning date and time of delivery of the baggage and reason for such a delay.
    We are in touch with the baggage.cz@gmail.com and 011-61238358/359 continuously since yesterday. But we are not getting any upto date response from them. CSA Airline admin team is full of immature people team. Team members Paramjeet Kaur and Tejaswi do not know how to handle the client, understand queries and provide a proper solution. Instead they are saying that they are not seniors so they cannot reply to our queries. Also, they are also not redirecting to us to any of the seniors. Per Tejaswi they have never handle this case and they cannot provide any solution for this case. It seems none of the seniors are available to handle this case.
    We need to share these documents to insurance company today itself. We are blocked just because of baggage.cz@gmail.com and 011-61238358/359, Paramjeet and Tejaswi.
    Kindly call back us and help us in getting these documents.
