    I called to the phone numbers provided above to contact Yangon Office on Jan 27th at 12noon. No one pick up the phone. Is the phone numbers correct or change? Please let me know thru my email – ctinoo@gmail.com. I am a business class passenger, traveling with China Southern airline for three times in a year from LAX to RGN and I need to change my departure date. Thanks!

    I bought the ticket but could not reserve the seat although called the yangon.complaint office for help about a month ago. The staff said it is system failure. She told me to call them 6 hrs before the flight time. So I called her two days before my flight time then She told me to go to the counter early for reservation. Very upset. Not sure to get the seat I want.

    The management specially the General Manager is very poor with customers’ service. Need to change the General manager for better management for more income flight clients.. poor management of this office will result to poor income.. bad experience from this China southern airline office.. if there is a 0 star i will give it..
