    Hi Delta,
    My baggage is delayed since last Tuesday and I still didn’t receive my baggage. I’m really unhappy about this because I can not enjoy my vacation. The office at San José in Costa Rica is not answering and I really would like to hear where my baggage is. Please help.

    I have a SkyMiles number that I am not sure if it is working because it is not matching name, number and address… I’ve called waiting on the line for a little while and there was no reply… I need to verify if the number (member number) is valid and try to get a new password or I have to enter as a new member?     Hi I am suppose to travel on Wednesday March 18, 2020 to New York City, because of concerns over the Coronavirus I going to cancel my traveling date for April 14, are another date after that, I have tried to change my date online and I was rejected, I have tried calling without success been able to talk to an agent, so if something can be done by this method please do so thank you kindly.     Trying to cancel a flight leaving SJO to ATL leaving monday 3/30. Trip from a refundable ticket, can’t cancel online, customer service line for international flights doesn’t accept a foreign phone number (really) for a call back. Any suggestions?

    i am unable to reach a customer service rep on Delta.com and cannot receive a call back on my mobile phone here.
    I need the confirmation number for my reservation made last month for 2 people for June 8
    on flight # DL 903 from SJO to Albany NY via Atlanta. The confirmation email from Delta to me
    has disappeared.

    I am trying to reach a Delta representative in San Jose, Costa Rica regarding an urgent question. A UK citizen left the UK on April 6th at 9 :30 a.m. and landed in Costa Rica the same day. He now wishes to board a plane in San Jose, Costa Rica on 4/20th at 1 p.m. to enter the US for an important business trip. Under COVID restrictions a person must be outside the UK for 14 days before entering the U.S. Given these dates and times would you board him on the plane to enter the U.S.? I spoke to a CBP Officer in Atlanta where he will be flying into and that Officer said he is admissible. Please advise asap.
