I’m living in South Africa as a German Citicen.
I booked on the 23rd of February 2022 a flight EK 764 with your airline, from OR Tambo in Johannesburg which I have used in the past many times, because I’m happy with the service and it suits my purse as a pensioner.
I booked an assumed flight back on the 11 of June 2022, EK 056 to SA.
I had a grave operation here in Germany and will be ok to fly back before the booked date.
I ask my agency in SA to book a return flight in week 19.
Now they want to offer me a flight over Doha to Capetown, what I strictly refused and supposed to pay fully for that.
If you will check, I paid fully for my return flight.
Can you help me with my flight next week please, especially a family problem has acured.

My flight with the ticket reference FTJ1RQ flight (EK 56/570) was cancelled which was scheduled on 31st March 2020. But I have not yet received the refund amount from Emirates Airlines. Please let me know when the cancellation flight fare amount will be returned? I am need to book for the other flight so I am in a financial problem.
