Sorry I can’t get thru your customer service hotline since this morning so I have to email you this message. Please let me know if I can carry one backpack and one carry on which limits to 7 kg on board my oncoming flight from HKG to LHR on 04 Nov 2019 under economy class, booking no. KUSW-6799501.

No customer service in Hong Kong, spend hours on the phone and get nowhere. Good in the sky; rubbish on the ground. Will never use them again. How an good airline destroys itself with poor Customer Relations.
