On which dates you can travel to get EVA Air redeems?
- The first flight of the award ticket (outbound flight travel date) must be flown between 2023/08/16 and 2023/12/31. The return flight must be completed within one year from the ticket issue date.
What are the EVA Air eligible routes?
- Limited to Hanoi-Taipei-Hanoi or Taipei-Hanoi-Taipei round-trip operated by EVA Air.
- The outbound flight travel date must be on/after 2023/08/16 and before 2023/12/31.

How to book EVA Air Award Ticket?
Instructions to be followed before booking
- Limited seats allocated for award tickets.
- EVA Air reserves the limit or adjust the number of award seats according to the each flight bookings.
- If seats are available for paid tickets, Award seats may be unavailable on some flights or during some periods.
- Promotion applies only to ticket issue dates and the outbound flight travel date included in the promotion period.
- Inbound flight date must be within a year of ticket issuance.
- Promotion round-trip award tickets does not allowed open-jaw itinerary or any flight connecting from/to cities other than Taipei and Hanoi.
- No promotions combined with other special offers.
- Promotions applies only to flights to/from Hanoi operated by EVA Air and tickets with EVA Air flight numbers.
- No eligible for Tickets with an EVA Air flight number but operated by other airlines and charter flights.
- Award Ticket Holder has all Taxes and Surcharges.
- T&C applies to Change and refund of Award Tickets. The refunded mileage of a partially used promotion award ticket will be subject to standard redemption requirement.
- EVA Air offers reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the promotion without prior notice.
