    I’d like to change our tickets to a few days earlier from 12/16 to 12/13 or12/14. I called over 5 times todayļ¼Œ 12/11 and waited over 40 min each time, but the phone calls were never answered.

    Tried to find out which flight still has the upgrade seat available but waiting for long time or the phone got disconnected during waiting.
    It would be helpful if there is an online option to check which flight still had the seat to upgrade to either deluxe economic or business class.

    I booked my flight from LAX to Phuket 3 months ago. In the past 3 weeks, i have developed very bad back pain which turns out is a herniated disc and was told by my doctor that i can fly but i will need to get up and walk around every hour. So i really need an aisle seat. However, I have not been able to change my seat over the phone through customer service. I even asked if i could upgrade me but for some reason they couldn’t help. I was told instead to check online 72 hours before my flight departure and that i should be able to request my seat that way. However, the system was not allowing me to for some reason so i called again. The next person i talked to said I could not select my seat until 24 hours before my flight. But when i logged on exactly 24 hours before, it said i could no longer choose my seat so i immediately checked in online and saw that i’m in a middle seat and it looks like most of the plane is full with no aisle seats left. This will be very uncomfortable for my back (for 13 hours!) and also, unfortunately, for the people sitting next to me as i will be getting up a lot (I will be traveling alone so i won’t know them).

    Customer service was very unhelpful. They should have been able to help me over the phone or at least given me the correct information. Very disappointed and not looking forward to this flight:(

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    We applied for a refund for booking SJS46J on July 19th and have not received the refund as of this date.

    I am not sure if the debit card used at the time of booking was still valid as it had to be replaced due to card fraud. The last four digits of the replacement are 4089.

    Please let us know the status of this refund as soon as possible!!!!
