My son left an Apple laptop gray in color on the top it has a sticker that has SUPREME and anther that has Islamic print. It was left at the TSA area when one has no ID. His father had lost his ID while in Atlanta. So during the process my son inadvertently left his laptop at that station for American Airlines on May14,2018
At approximately 6am that morning. Please contact me at 3109124956 or email me bmwhite610@gmail.com
    Thank you very much

The claim form does not load when I click on the link. I am desperate to locate a very small item lost at the airport when we flew through yesterday arriving from Las Vegas (Delta 176), departing to Atlanta (Delta 1923). When my husband was replacing items taken from his pockets for security, at a small restaurant table before we took the shuttle to our gate, he must have dropped a group of three or four tags all fastened together, belonging to his beloved – now deceased – dog, Gertie. Although we believe this must be where they were lost, we are not positive. On the outside chance someone might have turned them in, we would be so very grateful if they did and could be returned. The tags included her last rabies tag, an ID tag with a phone numbe, and one or two others. We understand this is a one in a million shot, but remain hopeful
As I was unable to download the claim form, I hope this will be sufficient.

Is there a way to talk to a live person in the Lost & Found to verify the correct item was found before putting in payment information and having it sent? we received an email that a “item that may match our item was found” and requesting payment info…we want to verify it is the correct one.

    Good morning,
Yesterday, 04/03/2019, I lost my passport in Altalnta airport.
I arrived with Delta 081 from Brussels to Atlanta and landed around 3.30 pm. I went through the passport controll at F gate in the terminal. After that I went to D gate to catch my connecting flight to Columbia (SC).
At that moment I realized that I must have lost my passport somewhere after the passport control.
Name on the passport: Patrick Meeremans
    Passport number: EM178704
Thank you for informing me if that passport has been found.

    Thanks

Any news regarding my lost property?
To narrow things down – I passed through the security baggage claim last Wednesday
station F . A blue plastic bag around 18 inches by 12 inches was carried through
containing potato chips, candy , bottled water , a mini bottle of wine , a mini bottle of
bacardi and chocolate . Most important were also my prescription glasses – a pair of
Hugo Boss and also a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses , they were both in separate cases
inside the blue bag. The bag went through X-Ray and I believe was removed from the tray for examination .
We continued to the gate for a connecting flight to Minneapolis and realised the bag was missing .

  • GRAHAM RILEY

I guess the official who uplifted the bag would be the first port of call .
which staff members were working in that area Wednesday 19th June
between 3.15pm / 4.15pm . Do any of them remember the bag ? As there
were 4 of us travelling we were a while putting on shoes , gathering carry on
luggage etc and also were assisted by a member of staff with a wheel chair for grandma .
We were directed by this young girl towards the trains and presumably
were unaware we were without the blue bag.

I had luggage lost on the flight from Rapid City, SD to Minneapolis last month. Delta put items in an “orange case”, and notified me at the Minneapolis waiting area that my luggage had been damaged and they were forwarding the contents to Busan, to arrive the next day, placing the items in “an orange case”. These were items lost out of my suitcase, which they advised was “broken open”. When I got to Busan, my luggage was not damaged (though at the hotel, items were missing). I did not look for the “orange case”, it did not arrive at Busan, when I did. Last week I was notified by a lady at Delta Atlanta that my “orange case” was there since July 26, she had very poor English, and said something about #6438 on the case and hard to understand, but probably ID number 60066377.5 She was calling to see if this was my property. She gave me a “wrong number” to call her back, so I have not been able to reach her (hard to understand but probably #404-714-9842. I have called Delta Lost Luggage numbers (4 of them) and get absolutely nothing but recordings over and over and over, no help what so ever. Please have the orange case with my property inside, sent to me. thank you

I have twice submitted Lost and Found Claim Form requests and did not receive a record or claim number. When I clicked “Submit” I was directed to the “Update Lost Item Report” screen. I’m looking for an HP laptop that was left at the Main TSA station on 9/1/19. I was pulled out of line to check another bag and left the laptop behind.

This is insane. I paid for you to return a wallet you said you found. However, you mailed me someone else’s belongings instead. I want my wallet or my money back for shipping. I can’t reach a human anywhere to get this resolved.

Two VERY small family knives were confiscated on December 23rd and are of great sentimental value to me!! I have flown with them several times and I did not think I was breaking any rule. I would REALLY like to get them back!! What can I do?
    Thank you!!!!
