You can make changes seats, meals, or other services for individual passengers to your booking through ‘Manage Booking’ or BeOnd Contact Centre, if you booked directly. If you booked through a travel agent, you must contact them to make changes. Schedule changes may be made to your booking. Penalties and price differences may apply depending on the fare conditions of your ticket and the availability of seats on your new travel dates.

2. Select “Manage booking” section
3. Enter your ‘Last Name’
4. Enter ‘Booking reference Number’.
5. Click “Find Booking”
6. Select the date you want to reschedule
7. Confirm the submission.

How can I make changes online for a partially utilised ticket?

You can make changes via “Manage Booking” once you have completed the outbound part of your flight. It depends upon fare conditions of your ticket. Some tickets may not be changeable.
