1. Visit  https://www.britishairways.com/travel/managebooking/public/en_in
2. Go to “Manage” – “My Booking”
3. Enter the booking reference, passenger last name
4. Enter Email ID, Password/PIN
5. Click ‘Find my booking’ (or) ‘Online Check-in’ (or)
6. Login to “Executive Club” (or)
7. Login to “On Business”
8. Select the date you want to reschedule
9. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from British Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Visit https://www.britishairways.com/en-in/information/delayed-or-cancelled-flights/rebook-and-refund-options
2. Go to “Manage” – “My Booking” to request a refund
3. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
4. Click “Submit”.
