- Enter the booking code, first name, last name (or)
- Click “Find Bookings”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Brussels airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.brusselsairlines.com/in/en/my-bookings/cancel-and-refund-requests/refund-enquiry-form
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘Cancel and Refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Click “Continue”.
Through Brussel Call Centre
- Please contact Brussels Service Centre or the local Brussels Airlines office.
- If you have booked e-tickets directly with Brussels Airlines, you can cancel or refund on online until 3 months after your last flight.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Brussels customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Brussel flight ticket/e-Tickets through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
