3. Enter your Chengdu Airlines login credentials.
4. Click ‘Log In’ button.
5. Enter Booking reference.
6. Enter first/middle/last name, family name, verification code.
7. Select the date you want to reschedule
8. Confirm the submission.

How to get refund from Chengdu Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

2. Go to “Order management”
3. Select “Reschedule｜Refund”
4. Enter “User name/Email name/Phone number” & Password.
5. Click “Log in”.
