How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in EasyJet Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in EasyJet:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.easyjet.com/mylogin/
- Enter the booking reference, Email ID/Password, surname
- Click “Sign in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- You can also change through Easyjet mobile App.
How to get refund from EasyJet airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.easyjet.com/mylogin/en-GB
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’
- You can get a full refund (without Cancellation fee) of your booking, if you cancel within 24 hours (Online via Manage Bookings)
- Click “Sign In”.

Through EasyJet Call Centre
- If you made your booking via our Customer Service team, please contact them.
- Payment confirmation will be sent to you.
- Your request will be processed manually by the EasyJet customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked via EasyJet Holidays, a travel agent or another third party, please contact them directly for refund.
