How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Precision Air?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Precision Air:
Through Precision Air Manage Booking section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.precisionairtz.com/en/
- Go to the “Manage Booking” section, select what you want to change.
- Please enter your flight details to view your booking.
- Login with email id and password
- Enter the PNR No, Surname
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- Pay the required fee if applicable.
How to get refund from Precision Air for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Bookings purchased directly from Precision Air can be cancelled and refunded through Manage My Booking.
- For any changes made in your fully and/or partially-used booking, fare rules will apply.
- Fees for booking changes are non-refundable.
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through Precision Air Service Centre / Call Centre
- If you cannot request a refund online, you can call the customer care number
- Your request will be processed manually by customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Precision Air flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
