How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Qantas Airways?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Qantas:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.qantas.com/in/en/manage-booking.html
- Enter the booking/flight/voucher reference, last name
- Click “Continue”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Qantas Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Go to “Manage Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter Qantas ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
Through Qantas Call Centre
- You can contact Qantas Customer service: 022 6111 1818 (or) Qantas Offices for any refund request.
- Enter the passenger name and details required.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Qantas Airways customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Qantas flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
