- Name Correction or Spelling Error
- If Guest’s name was misspelled at the time of booking, he/she must inform our Contact Centre or walk-in to our Airport Ticketing Office (ATO) to request for correction.
- Free-of-charge amendment for error involving 2 to 3 alphabets.
- If more than 3 alphabets; there is a fee of MYR150 to be imposed per guest.
- If the error unintentionally made by our reservation staff, the amendment shall be made free of charge.
