How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in South African Airways?
Change / reschedule your travel date in South African Airways:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.flysaa.com/manage-fly/manage
- Go to “Manage & Fly” – Manage my bookings
- Enter the booking reference number, passenger surname
- Click “Log in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from South African Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Go to “My Bookings” – Click ‘Request for refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter 17-digit South African ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
Through South African Airways Call Centre
- Please contact South African Customer service: 00 27 11 978 2888
- You can send the refund application through Email: onlinerefunds@flysaa.com (or) SAA Refund Accounting Department: FLLRefunds@flysaa.com
- Enter the Reservation reference/Ticket number, Surname and First Name
- South African ID number for domestic tickets or Passport Number for International tickets
- Click ‘Submit’
- Your request will be processed manually by the South African Airways customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a South African Airways flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
