- Visit https://www.flytap.com/en-lt/manage-booking-flight
- Go to ‘Booking and Managing’ – My bookings
- Enter the booking code, first name, surname (or)
- Login with your “TAP account”
- Click “Continue”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from TAP Air Portugal airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?

- To get refund on cancelled flight by TAPAir, cancel/change flight schedule and refund request status, please visit https://www.flytap.com/en-pt/tap-refunds
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter TAP Air Portugal ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
