How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Thai Airways?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Thai Airways:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.thaiairways.com/en_ID/manage/my_booking.page?
- Go to “Manage” – ‘My Booking’
- Enter the Thai booking reference, last name
- Enter your email and phone number, ROP member
- Click “Find Booking”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Thai Airways for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Through Thai Airways Call Centre
- You can contact THAI city ticketing offices for any refunds (or)
- Mail to: contact@service.thaiairways.com
- Your request will be processed manually by the Thai customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Thai Airways flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
