Change / reschedule your travel date in United Airline:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.united.com/en/us/manageres/mytrips
- Go to ‘Manage my Trips’ – My Trips
- Enter the confirmation number & last name (or)
- Enter MileagePlus number/Password
- Click “Sign in”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from United Airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.united.com/en/us/refunds
- Go to “My Trips” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Enter United ticket number, Booking code & Passenger details.
- Click “Submit”.
Through United Airlines Call Centre
- You can contact United Refunds: 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331) for any questions regarding refund requests.
- Your request will be processed manually by the United customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a United Airlines flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them for a refund.
