We are ASHIF TRAVELS & TOURS with IATA Registration No. 07303321 and Certification as GoStandard.
We are in the process of good business with IATA since start and payments are made without any delays upon receipt of system generated invoice information.
The Bank Guarantee with NDB for 2,500.000.00 (Rs Two million five hundred thousand) was nearing expiry last month (June 2021). Proper renewal was made on time and sent through DEUTCHE BANK – Colpetty.
However, we find our System has been blocked. We have sent e-mails regarding this through the IATA Portal server email, but no fruitful reply. We already spoke to the Singapore office to Ms. Kate. We are still awaiting for a good reply.
Can you kindly help us in this regard.
