I need IATA ‘s help as I am not getting neither guidance nor support from local services or our national airline . I purchased an airline ticket from Shamal Travel which is situated in Mauritius. Due to medical reasons, I cannot travel. Provided medical evidence to the travel agency, but the travel agency is not helping. 3 months has passed, still chasing the agency, but no sign of any potential refund. Can somebody help please

    Regards

Good morning, I wish to obtain a IATA Certification so that I fulfill my dream to become a cabin crew and I am planning to study on my own after purchasing of the official study materials from IATA. May I know if there are accredited exam Centers in Mauritius so that I may sit for the exam.

    Thank you
