Dear Mr, or Ms.
I know that you have a phone line for these questions, but my English is not so good as to solve this situation by phone. (I use internet translator).
We (me and my father – Tomas and Ladislav Pliska) will travel with your company from Prag to Barcelona (and back):
at 17th august – flight IB5321, booking ref. NMLAT3 (ticket no. 075-5351062904, 075-5351062903).
and back at 19th august – flight IB5322, booking ref. PF SITO (ticket no. 075-5351053212, 075-5351064063).
But we have a big problem. We will compete in Barcelona at World masters weiglifting championship, but now, just month before competition organizers change the competition time table. The competion should be 18th august, but today it changed to 19th august. So, I want ask You, is it possible to change our tickets to the same, but one day later ? To flight IB5321 at 18th august (from Prag to Barcelona) and to flight IB5322 at 20th august (from Barcelona to Prag) . Or is there any other possibility to solve this unexpected situation ?
