Regardless of your origin-destination, all hand luggage bags must weigh no more than 10 kilograms with a maximum height of 55 centimeters (22 inches), length of 35 centimeters (14 inches) and width of 25 centimeters (10 inches), or whose sum in measurement is equal or less than 115 lineal centimeters (45 inches), height + length + width, including wheels and handles.

Islena Airlines Checked Baggage Allowance
- Each checked baggage must not exceed 23 Kg
- The sum of length, width, and height of each checked baggage must not exceed 158cm (62 inches).

Your checked baggage or the number of pieces is depending on your city of departure and destiny. Please notice, when you book a flight with us, your free baggage allowance will be indicated on your ticket, in the case of exceeding the weight and size, you need to pay an extra charge.
