- Size of carry on Baggage : Maximum size 40 x 20 x 55CM (21INCH)
- Extra baggage : Maximum size 35 x 15 x 40CM
- Additional carry-on items are also included within the existing allowable weight of 10KG/22LB
Excess carry-on baggage must be checked in. A fees applies to baggage checked in at a boarding gate as specified below.

Checking in Special Baggage
- The shapes and sizes of special baggage make it more prone to damage during transport.
- For all flight classes, the total dimension of a Checked in baggage ( instrument, bicycle etc.) carried onto a flight in a case must not exceed 277CM.
- Cargo space shortage, certain routes, and weather conditions are some factors that can prevent us from accepting
Lost Baggage and Compensation
To claim compensation for damaged or lost baggage, make a written report to Jeju Air within 7 days after your baggage was handed over to you damaged, or within 21 days
- Check with your destination airport regarding lost baggage.
- As per the policies of Jeju Air, lost baggage found may be discarded after 30 days.
- Check with the airportās lost and found department regarding lost baggage.
