I just book a flight from Seoul to Taipei (JinAir) and Taipei to Paris (China Southern) (because Taipei is just a big layover), my baggage will be a big luggage of 30kg and it’s said that the allowance is only 15kg and the dimension are not the same either. Will it be a problem ?

I’m attempting to find my lost bag. It was on a flight from MPLS-ST PAUL TO SEOUL-INCHEON. I flew from there to Cebu City and filled out a baggage claim report there on November 20, 2022. Baggage claim ticket number issued from Delta Air, number 4006916970 on 18 November 2022
Delta said it was delivered to Seoul on 19 or 20 November 2022.
