I am still waiting for flights to be refunded for US$2500 after 3 months. Your āCustomer Careā is appalling. I have wasted a lot of time calling from NZ – only to get further frustrated dealing with individuals who cannot understand English or the fact that NZ banks operate with different systems. Iām currently in Chile & visited the ticket sales desk at SCL Terminal 2. The agent was as helpful as he could be – he was able to tell me that my case was listed as closed within your system.
