For months I´ve been asking Mr. Patrick Plostniek, an AirBaltic (AB) Customer care officer, to provide me by email of unused TKT NUMBER on AB booking OGPRQ4, oneway Barcelone-Almaty, flights 684/746 for 09/april/2020, both flights were cancelled due to Covid-19. Tkt paid on Master Card Credit card on 05/12/2019 for USD$226.01 through Banco Falabella Colombia, who certifies money reached
Riga´s AB account on 06/12/2019. Mr. Plostniek lightly pretends,”…to be unable to find tkt number on AB paid, unused tkt records”, claiming irresponsibly “…unless I provide the tkt number, AB will not process my request for an open AB Voucher to be used on AB flights in 2023, something most airlines have easily agreed on, by just informing them booking numbers and flight details.
I´d like this claim to reach Mr. Martin Gauss, AB CEO, to avoid similar, legally unsustainable responses like those aired out by Mr. Plostniek on several instances to me on AB claim 305949, started on 30/09/2022. the case was also handled by UK Resolver to no avail either. I am formally asking AB to issue me a Voucher for full amount paid, or reimburse through the same Master Card Credit card on which it was paid three years ago.
