Daarom probeer ik het nog maar eens langs deze weg : Booking confirmation SDOFFR .Vluchten geboekt op 17/01/2020 voor 8 personen naar van Bru overWAW naarLWO en terug heenvlucht op 08/04/2020 en terugvlucht op 12/04/2020 in Maart krijgen wij bericht van LOT dat onze vlucht geannuleerd is , dadelijk vraag ik de terugbetaling aan en krijg het bericht dat ik dat per persoon moet doen wat ik ook heb gedaan en krijg daar een bevestiging van.wij zijn nu reeds 3 maanden verder en we niets meer vernomen ik heb verschillende mailtjes verstuurd die onbeantwoord blijven . kan iemand Bij LOT airlines nu uiteindelijk eens laten weten wat er gaat gebeuren.Het telefoonnummer dat voor Belgie wordt opgegeven blijft onbeantwoord.Met Vriendelijke Groet. Our flights were cancelled in April (booking NVYNNA for 4 people, 615,60€ paid and booking NV8WJB for 6 people, 845,40€ paid. Refunds has already been made correctly May 2nd. When will the full amount for the two bookings wil be refunded?

This flight was canceled due to 19 corona covid.
They were going to assign us 2 voyagers, but to date nothing received nor a discount code.
It is now about 6 months later now it is time to get some answers.
Because we would like to use this voyager this year to go to Ukraine for a family visit.

I booked with the booking reference JHHYT8 (Ticket 080 2412878986 and 080 2412878987) a flight from Brussels to Rzeszow on 19/7 and from Rzeszow to Milan on 22/7 for two persons (Mathieu PEETERS and Marcelle VANDEURSEN).
For the first flight I was able to add a bagage for both passengers.
However, not for the second flight.
How can I book an extra bagage for both passengers for the second flight?
I tried via “manage my booking”, but, it doesn’t work.

Op 3 april 2022 boekte ik een vlucht met LOT Polish Airlines van Brussel naar Warschau (TK8150). De boeking gebeurde via Turkish Airlines. Vanuit Warschau zou ik dan doorvliegen naar Istanboel. Aan de incheckbalie in Brussel werd mij meegedeeld dat mijn ticket naar Warschau geannuleerd was. Alles was nochtans correct geboekt en betaald. Meer uitleg werd mij niet gegeven. Hierdoor heb ik wel mijn connecting flight naar Istanboel gemist (TK 1266). Bij Turkish Airlines kunnen/willen ze mij niet verder helpen. Ze verwijzen mij door naar LOT Polish Airlines. Graag uitleg waarom mijn ticket naar Warschau op 12/05/2022 geannuleerd werd . Ik werd hier niet op voorhand van verwittigd.
