My name is Jim Miller and I and my wife have returned from Israel and Poland on May 12 and after getting through immigration and customs we find out that out luggage (3 – LO229691/ LO229665/ LO229657) is not there. We go to the baggage claim area and file lost luggage report (ORDLO21538) it seems that those passengers who flew from Tel Aviv to Warsaw (LO152) and were on the Warsaw to Chicago (LO01) were all missing their luggage. I called the number on the Property irregularity report of 1-773-3401 and 3402 after 1800 were told by the one who answered it that he did not deal with baggage claim and would pass on information to someone who did and they would call me back. Well I have not received any call and when I go on the World tracing site it says TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER. I tried to get a customer service rep. but your phone system did not allow me that option. We were told by the customs baggage claim area that it is possible that due to crowed plane it may not have been loaded on Tel Aviv to Warsaw flight. I just want to talk to someone who can give me some answers. I hope your customer service is better at this website than your other one and the two phone numbers I have called. I need answers

My flight was canceled on 9/13/21. I was told that I would receive a refund for the price paid. This flight had been booked & rebooked numerous times via Lot Polish. I was told on 3/21/22 by a Lot Polish Air agent that I would receive a full refund to my credit card. I still have not received the credit. I have contacted Lot Polish Air and the agency that I booked with (Just Fly) numerous times. No one is refunding my money (over $2100 for 3 tickets).
My parents flew from Chicago to Warsaw! Your airline lost their suitcase! The representative of the airline did nothing to help the parents, but only rude to them!
Parents live in Ukraine and had to travel further to Ukraine by bus. They sit at the airport and don’t know what to do!!! How can they get their suitcase now? We called the company’s hotline, they just give us other numbers and send them to different places! I’m just horrified by your service! I paid $3,500 for the tickets!!! So what’s now? We do not have the opportunity to go to Warsaw to get a suitcase?!!!
