Lucky Air carry on baggage rules are such a scam. The alowed dimensions are JUST below that of standard luggage, as well as all the other airline carriers. Expect to pay a MINIMUM of 15 USD each way if you travel with them. Their flight tickets aren’t particularly discounted anyway, so it’s far from a bargain. If there’s any other airline to choose from, go for it. Thier meals are also horrible
