    Dear Malaysia Airlines Team,

My name is Tessy and I work as a foreign relations manager of AIR INFO LLC. Established in 2014, AIR INFO LLC has been constantly operating up to present in the scope of selling flight ticket. As a result of constantly improving its operation in the past years, the company has built skilled, professional and experienced team so that sales result has been increasing efficiently from year by year. We are pleased to inform you that Air Info LLC became a member of IATA and received its certificate in July of 2018 and now joined BSP of Mongolia after having met the requirements in its operation.
Therefore, we would like to kindly request of getting an official approval of selling MALAYSIA AIRLINES flight ticket. We strongly believe that your airlines will accept our request. We hope to have a mutually beneficial business relationship with your airlines company.

NOTE: We are pleased to send / enclose required documents upon request.

    Best regards,

    Tessy

This airline is a shame, I have been calling for the past two hours but no one is picking just the machines. I had booked a ticket from Beijing China to bali Indonesian and back. But after the virus outbreak, we were advised not to fly so I cancelled my ticket. To my surprise this airline took all my money. So I donā€™t know, is that how it works? Because most of my friends airlines gave back all or half of the money. But you guys took it all.
