    Sir,

    This email is to say farewell. I have flown with you for years,through all your bad times,usually 2/3 long haul return flights yearly.The above flight is the end.

    The prime reason is the seat pitch/width.This ,combined with the other problems,gave me the most miserable 10.5hrs of my existence.

    1. My seat screen did not work (29G) .Because it includes the reading light and call button I was unable to read to replace the lost entertainment.

    2. Several toilets malfunctioned and were closed.This caused lines of (some clearly distressed) women to form.

    3.There were 2 screaming children seated next to me.The mother didn’t change them all flight and I’m sure this contributed to their distress.The poor things stank,and your staff seemed unable to recognise that this was a solvable problem.

    4. I am 6’2″ tall and 82kg weight. There were many much heavier customers on board who were at least,if not more ,uncomfortable than me.

    5. I have made several “short hop” flights during this trip,using KLM and SAS,and even in the “flying pencils”,the seating was superior to yours.

    6.The Airbus aircraft itself performed admirably.
