I really do not now what happened in 1 day and the promotioanl fares are not showing.

to Malaysian Airlines…. I have a ticket PHUKET to ISTANBUL. But I have to take Malaysian Airlines from PHUKET to KL, 14.05 – 16.40 …
And I am a Transfer passenger, that means I have to come out in Malaysia to go from KLIA2 to KLIA to check in for Turkish Airlines BUT MALAYSIA DO NOT ACEPT THAT WITHOUT ANY QUARANTINE FOR 2 WEEKS. So what shall I do ??? I am confused. It says I have to take my flight from KLIA at 23.05 after 6.45 hours waiting , IT DOES NOT SAY I HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS ???? I DO NEED AN ANSWER. REGARDS.
