I tried to call the 24hr Reservation Office in Singapore many times but the line is dead. I tried to call the Changi airport office, also line is dead. What kind of service is this? No wonder the average rating is 1.7. It should be 0 in my opinion. Please do something about it!!!!!!

I have a return ticket for Singapore-Kuala Lumpur for July 2017. However due to family matters, I could not travel and we were informed by MAS that the ticket is valid for one year if I paid an administrative fee of S$50. How can I pay this fee and who to contact on rescheduling my flight? I have called all the numbers listed below and the lines do not work, and have written twice to customer care but there has been no reply.

Can you PLEASE advise me the most EFFICIENT way of communication with MAS regarding ticketing? 2 days ago, when i finally got to mas on their Facebook (under my daughter’s Charissa quek FB acc) and they replied almost INSTANTLY. i was so happy, BUT my subsequent follow up inquiries and reminders went ” UNREPLIED” till now. I am utterly dissappointed!!
I had wanted to book my tickets : singapore – adelaide- singapore almost immediately upon getting mas FB reply but nothing happened. And this delay has caused the price of your tickets for the same period that i have checked just before my FB communication with MAS to shoot up tremendously. Now i have to consider as the same fares have gone up so much more.
I hope someone will look i to my inquiries and reply either to the same FB or my direct email under claudinepuah@yahoo.com
