I can’t access my contact details to update. I am locked out of my registered email address I have set up a new gmail account and contacted you by the membersvc@qmiles.com to advise you and ask for advice on 17th March but have had no reply. We are in Goa due to return home on Saturday 4th April. All Indian airports are closing for a week on 22 March. I am obviously now very worried. I trust you as an airline and understand the pandemic is unprecedented but to keep in touch I need to have you recognise our situation, if we miss an instruction to turn up for a different flight then we will be stranded

I read about your special flights to repatriate South African citizens (and those with permanent residence in South Africa) to South Africa, one of the flights being on the 03rd June. I am one of those stranded here in Belgium waiting for repatriation. I contacted the embassy of South Africa and they told me that I qualify and that I am put on the list. When I asked them when such a repatriation could happen they mentioned the first week of June. Could you please give me more information. My email address is jdegroef@yahoo.ie and my GSM number 0484036154.

    Hello,
I plan on traveling with my mother who got infected and recovered from Covid-19 about 20 days ago. She had a positive PCR test on October 29, 2020. She is fully recovered now, but perhaps for a long time the test will still show positive. What documents do I need for her to travel with me. We plan on traveling on Wednesday, November 25th. I really appreciate your help. Thanks, Elham
