      Hi, I have a flight from Riyadh to Lahore via Jeddah on Aug 11, 2019 at 21:00 (today). This is a return ticket so I have flight from Lahore to Riyadh after a few days. Today, at 4:05 Am, I received message and email that my connecting flight from Jeddah to Lahore is changed to 5:00 am today (just after 55 minutes from message/email) . While my flight from Riyadh to jeddah is still at 21:00 hrs today.
      How is this even possible? How can I fix this? There is no one responding in customer care due to eid day. Please help, it’s most urgent.

        Please contact me it’s 3 days Saudia was the last carrier of my bags. Tabuk baggage service refused to issues me apir number claim number my bags are in Riyadh need to be sent to Tabuk. Please assist

    Hope you will fine.
    I would like to share my bad experience with you and hopefully that you will take the action against our complain with sympathy
    First we bought Saudi Air Line ticket from our local agent in Sialkot / Pakistan who will made the confirm the our reservation following dated
    But when we reached Lahore Air on time / before time the Saudi Air line Staff told us that the said flight is delay and will arrived Lahore after 11.00 Pm instead of 6.00 pm so we will transfer to Emirate Air Line which flight is mid night and the Royal Airport Service RAS Change our ticket on behalf of Saudi Air Line, but our return flight is (Royal Airport Service) did not change our flight and they said your return flight same as originally booked your agent in Sialkot/ Pakistan,
    But we are returning back Pakistan from Johannesburg 5th October 2019 and we arrived Johannesburg Port on time to get the boarding pass the Saudi Air Line Counter did not issue us the Baoding pass they told me that your seat have already been canceled which we do not know even our agent in Pakistan they do not know about the cancel our seat, but the lady send me to upstairs in Saudi Air Office to re book the flight, when we tell her that our seat / reservation is canceled without our knowledge so please re book our reservation, she told us we will re book your seat but we will charge you penalty, we said why we will pay penalty and have big argument but she dot re book our seat free, any how the flight time is running short, and we have decided to pay the penalty and get the seat / reservation, so she charge us South Africa Rand 1100 .and give us receipt which is as enclosed and she told us you will re-claim this amount , if you are in right position, after that she re issued our ticket From Johannesburg to Jeddah, and Jeddah to Lahore, but Jeddah to Lahore the flight is already changed the time, our flight no SV-734 but she issued the boarding pass other flight which is transit time more 19 hour and she also told when you will arrive in Jeddah they will accommodate, but when we arrived in Jeddah they totally refused to accommodate us and we spent more 19 hour on the airport which we mantle upset, and the Saudi Staff behavior is very root us and they treat us just like animal, that why we are asking you who is responsible, and who canceled our seat and the flight time changed from Jeddah to Lahore, which is Airline fault because we have investigated from Lahore airport RAS they told us your seat canceled in Riyadh Saudi Airline office, (please see the attachment) we are not worry about the money, we are complaining your staff behavior in Jeddah, they are treating behavior just like animal, so please teach your staff how to behavior the passenger,

    I refunded my ticket on 15/4)2021(065-2129159202). Received message on 9/5/2021 state that refund has been completed and amount has been reversed to credit card.
    But till now Im not receive the refund money.
    Call hotline but no answer.
