I made a booking in with Etraveli in January 2020. I normally spend Ramadaan in Saudi Arabia & this was not possible because of Covad 19. I have asked Etraveli to refund as Saudia has cancelled all flights since beginning March 2020.
They refuse to refund me & keep saying they are very busy. They keep saying airline cost will be taken off. I did not cancel my flight you did. Please investigate & revert back to me.

They are flying for the first time and have problem with communications, means they can not speak any language except home language. How do I get hold of someone to discuss chsnges made to my reservation thst is not practical. The layover on the way to France exceedcthe allowe 12 hours at Jeddah and returning it is to short 1 hour and 20 minutes is cutting it a bit thin.
