Please note that I arrived at Yantai on 27th July, via flight SA4708, and one of my baggage (tag number 0074778192) was not delivered to me.
I travelled from Brazil to China via flights KL0706 (25/July), KL0855 (26th/July) and then flight SA4708 (27/july).
The problem was reported to SA officer that issued a PIR. The SA officer issued the report without a proper file number.
So far I didn’t receive any return from SA informing where is my luggage.
Could you please give me any information about my luggage???
