I am trying to book a Silk Air flight for November this year. I see the luggage allowance of 30 K which is nice for us,,but I don’t see any meals provided or drinks. We are flying from Cebu to Singapore. Does this flight have meals?

We have a flight going to India this coming April 6 to April 20, 2020. As of yesterday March 12, 2020 India suspended all tourist visas till April 15 to prevent coronavirus spread. We booked the flight thru online by bravofly and the airline is SilkAir. My question is how to process the refund.

I I have 2 reservations which should be rebooked/refunded. I’ve tried to visit Silk Air office in Cebu City. There I got told that I have to go to
Cebu Airport. I went to the airport, unfortunately I could not find any Silk Air/Singapore Airline office, whether in the domestic nor in
the international terminal. On top of this, also the phone numbers published on this page don’t work. It rings but nobody picks up the phone.
I’ve tried it not only once but several times. What can I do to find somebody responsible for the 2 tickets?
