      I was registered in my maiden name as a KrisFlyer member but I have had a name change in my married name. How do I go about to enter my impending trip & booking in KrisFlyer for points earned please?

      My name is Wade Routledge. My wife Gay and I travelled to Colombo with Singapore airlines on the 26th July 2019 and returned 11th August. We did not register correctly for your KrisFlyer program, is it too late to do so?

      We are now about to pay for our next ticket with Sing air ,Perth To Barcelona on the 26th July 2020 with a 4 hour stopover in Singapore , returning 22nd August through Singapore .
      Will it be possible to access the Singapore Lounge while in Singapore as we will be on Premium Economy tickets.?

    Spoke with Singapore Airlines regarding my KrisFlyer account not being able to be linked to my recent flights to Singapore & Ho Chi Minh and return to Perth, i find out today that my KF membership has been cancelled because i haven’t flown with them for three years, other airlines like QANTAS dont cancel your membership your points just go into hibernation until you reactivate and commence flying again.
    The customer service representative couldn’t understand that by cancelling my membership and the points i had accrued meant that they effectively had stolen the value of my points accrued, this practice should be illegal as its steeling.
    Wonder if i will get a call from Singapore Airlines management?.

    I have a problem with the Kris Shop , trying to purchase goods with a voucher and the site has requested a promo code number . This number is dies not appear on the e voucher . I have previously e-mailed regarding this problem and have not had the courtesy of a reply . I was hoping o collect the items on a SQ flight tomorrow but. obviously now this will not happen ! Very disappointed and would appreciate a reply to this e-mail

    I just want to change my email address from kbonollo@grapevine.com.au to bonollokit@gmail.com We have change provider form iiNet to Telstra. Have tried many times but failed…not it savvy.
    Changed the Singapore airlines but not Kris Flyer.

    My member number is 8816429874. I get a comment on my computer that my account has expired.
    I flew to NZ in March this year using my Krysflyer number and was given points for that trip.
    In February I updated my phone details on my account. I am not sure why my account is showing expired.
    I am planning a trip to Singapore in August and would like to add the points to my account..

    It appears that my KrisFlyer number will not let me log-in. The number is 8810031244 in the name of Patricia Rose HEBERT of 140 Erith Street Bundanoon NSW Australia.
    My husbands number is 8810031115 in the name of Robert John HACKETT of the same address. His number log-in is OK.
    Please confirm my KrisFlyer number is currant.
