    Hi.
Is there any way to contact the lost and found Office? I canā€™t see a phone number above. I am waiting for information about a computer that I lost on a flight, and I havenā€™t heard anything back.
    With kind regards
    Natasja

Hello my name is Heidi Caldwell, I was on flight SQ245 from Singapore to Brisbane on 11th January 2020. I left my kindle E reader on board. I was in the aisle seat 57C. The Kindle is in a purple case. I s there any way that I could have this returned to me or if I could collect it?

    Thanking you in anticipation,

    Yours Faithfully

Hello, Singapore Airlines was my favourite airline up to now! We boarded a flight from Mumbai to Singapore, then to Singapore to Brisbane. As soon as we got off the first flight, we realised we left our brand new headphones; we gave a SA staff member the seat number immediately. To our frustration being only metres away from the flight, they said inform the attendants on the next flight, to Brisbane. We did what we were told and were given a Mobile number +61 403 259 079 and this email address. I provided a copy of the flight ticket, the slip of paper provided by the flight attendants whom were very helpful and a copy of the box the headphones came in for identification. The woman I spoke to made two calls then started to hang the phone up when I called. I was so upset I let it go for two weeks but now I am angry. I rang the number this morning just after 12.00pm and was told I had the wrong number and hung up twice. Then a male answered the phone and a woman took the phone off him and said wrong number and hung up on me three times in a row. I double checked the number against the website information and I had the correct number. I feel humiliated and completely disempowered by these Singapore Airline lost and found staff members. The headphone cost almost $400, how can this happen? Your flight staff are excellent, then I get treated so badly. I rang on the following day and how on earth did Singapore Airlines lose my head phones when I was so prompt with my follow up and I was completely compliant with the baggage people attached to the +61 403 259 079. This has made me so upset, that I will certainly escalate this complaint as required. I look forward to hearing from a SA representative soon. Kind Regards
