Hi,
I would be most grateful if you could help me. My husband and I are travelling to South Africa from Auckland on the 11th March returning 26th March. We are on a Singapore ticket but the flight from Auckland to Singapore is an Air New Zealand aircraft. We have a number of flight miles from SA Voyager that have accrued to us over the years. Is there any way that we are able to upgrade the Auckland/Singapore leg to Business using these miles. All the airlines are part of star alliance. If so what will I need to do.

We will never buy a ticket from Eco Travel.
Both phone numbers cut me off. The local one after the automated message has played and the 0800number just cut off after a while of ringing. Very bad service.
