I have been contacting South African Airways by email on a frequent basis requesting a refund on my ticket for almost a year and not had a response. The flight was unable to be taken because of the covid situation and I initially was offered a voucher which I refused. I was then and informed a refund would be possible and it was suggested I put in a request for one. This was done and as said I have not had any further responses! Disgraceful to say the least.
Dear Sirs, I hold a Voyager air miles card. No 32759709. I have heard nothing from Voyager for months, if not years and when I travelled to Johannesburg at the end of September by Lufthansa I tried to use my Voyager card as they are part of your Alliance system and they couldn’t get it to work. I also would use the card inside South Africa. The last time was just before Covid 19 when I travelled from Johannesburg to Richards Bay and return. This trip at the end of September I found that I could not use my card as you no longer run flights in South Africa. What is going on and to whom do I speak to sort this all out.
