Hello, I maded 2 bookings with you, 0082VI and 0082WT, Flight 8F508 from TMS to Lis, at 25 feb 7.50 AM. It is changed to 8F508 on 26 feb 7.50 AM. And than you changed the flight again from 26 feb 7.50 AM to 27 feb 7.40 PM. Thats why I missed 2 times the connecting flights and I need to stay 2 nights more in the hotel, need 2 days more a rentalcar, also I reserved Airport Taxi in Amsterdam to go home because of the trains don’t go when we arrive.
Please can you tell me why the flight has been changed 2 times and I hold you resposible for the additiponal costs. Please send me a form so we can arrage this.
