Mijn echtgenote had een reis geboekt via Expedia naar Indonesia. De reis kon niet doorgaan omwille van de Corona-crisis. Graag had ik een terugbetaling gekregen op mijn rekeningnummer BE82 0018 8340 7368. Het betrof ticketnumer 7249486679763 (oorspronkelijk nummer reisroute was 71006342259725).
De som dient op de vermelde rekening gestort te worden conform de Europese wetgeving. Het vermelde rekeningnummer is een nieuwe rekening gezien de vorige rekening inmiddels werd afgesloten. Hierover werden reeds diverse mails overgemaakt via Expedia.
Mag ik rekenen op een zeer snelle afhandeling.

My husband and I booked a flight through Opoda reference 787786260 on Swissair to Hurghada in Egypt via Zurich booking reference T48XG2 on 16 November 2021 returning on 26 November to Brussels flight LX788 via Zurich.
I paid Swissair ā¬1097.02 on 14 September 2021 via VISA.
You cancelled the flight.
I am waiting for you to refund me which you are obliged to do under European law in a matter of 2 weeks or so.
I have tried phoning you in Zurich several times and after holding on for 45 minutes gave up as you did not reply.
It is now 12 weeks since you cancelled the flight and you don’t have the courtesy to inform me when you intend to refund my money.
Dealing with Swissair is a painful and unpleasant business.
I expect a prompt reply from you.

We had a very bad experience when we tried to rebook our flight after a cancellation of a part of the flight by Swissair.
The fellow on the phone at the service center in Brussels tried to get rid of us and send us around to other companies .
We explained that based on the instructions we got from Swiss air the service centre had to help us further with this cancellation.
Then we contacted Smiss Air Service center in Switserland where we were helped swiftly and in a very friendly way.
Some work to do in Brussels Service center on friendliness and competence?

ik heb een aanpassing telefonisch doorgegeven en hiervoor dient er een extra toeslag betaald te worden van 36 euro
na meermaals contact met Swiss air betreffende deze betaling via mastercard heb ik nog geen bevestiging ontvangen daar mijn bankinstelling niet toelaat om creditering via telefoon door derde partij van mijn creditkaart te regelen
Ik heb gevraagd om een eventueel bankrekening nr van Swiss te ontvangen,zodanig ik deze betaling kan uitvoeren, maar dat was niet mogelijk

It’s sinds the start of May I did enter a complaint in your system about a missing flight (Sao Luiz, Maranhao ) due to a mistake from Swissair. They gave us another flight 34!! hours later and we hat to wait another 12 hours in Sao Paulo GRU for a connection.
